There absolutely is such a thing as ‘perfect customer service’, and all you need to do is stop by and experience it any Carr Workplaces, Metro Offices, Emerge212 or any of the hundreds of other WANY Member locations where great hospitality and customer service is not only their standard but, in many instances, their obsession.
And there’s a good reason why we, as an industry, are so good at it. Serviced Workspaces have a long and distinguished history of providing exemplary caring service because we don’t only provide exceptional service to customers and clients for a limited, defined visit, like they do at our hospitality industry brethren such as hotels, airlines, car rentals, resorts, high end restaurants, or even places like Disney. Nope. Those places have their customer service tested and on display often for little more than a brief encounter, or for hours or days at most … whereas we Serviced Workspace Industry providers (Business Centers, Coworking Spaces, and CO-BCs) have our hospitality and services in full view and being relied upon by our clients often for terms of weeks, months, years and in some instances, decades.
No wonder Serviced Workspaces can lay claim to being the highest of the high-hospitality industries. We’re delivering it, in a fishbowl, not as a quick interface or visit but as an enduring relationship where our clients can confidently outsource much of their reception, office management and other business needs … so that they can concentrate on what they’re pros at and do for a living while relying on us to lift them up on our shoulders and provide them with what we’re exceptional at and have been doing for a living for ages, which is deliver competent, reliable service with a smile.
Add to that the fact that we are the pioneers and first industry to jumpstart the ‘sharing economy’ and ‘collaborative consumption’ business model with our first executive suite business centers that opened back in 1966 – and you have yet another reason for delivering such great service and hospitality … service and managing collaboration are in our DNA!
